The principal investigator for Woodland Workplace Investigations is Philip Brazeau who is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years of legal experience mostly as in-house General Counsel to major corporations in the international marketplace such as Dubai, the Cayman Islands, Qatar, Bermuda and Canada. As General Counsel he has experienced all types of HR related issues, all in the context of nuanced cultural sensitivities. In addition to his legal experience he has received accreditation for Workplace Investigation Techniques from Rubin Thomlinson and is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI). As a member of Canada’s First Nations community he has a strong commitment to the cultural considerations of the indigenous community. Bilingual, his investigative practice is Canada-wide but focused primarily in Ontario.
