I'm a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator with over 14 years of lived experience in mental health. After losing both my brothers to suicide as a teen, I studied Psychology and Business, founded the Jeboah Miranda Foundation, and now teach others how to cope with anxiety, stress, and trauma. I help youth, parents, educators, and organizations build real resilience through evidence-based tools—virtually and in person. My mission is simple: to save lives by empowering people to take control of their mental health. During COVID-19, I offer flexible, pay-what-you-can options to reach those who need help most.
